I loved this book. I couldn't stop reading it. Furthermore, I enjoyed the relationship between the two girls and how they face adversity in the town. I especially fell in love with the dog Zoey and how her intellect shone through. She is the savior of the story. Zoey kept them together, and they all explored the town's mysteries. There was evil going on, but I will not give away the endings. There are twists and turns that draw you in. There is a mysterious man coming from nowhere, somewhere and everywhere. The book makes you think. Are you in a parallel universe? I highly recommend this book. I can't wait for the series to continue. Also, I've put in follow me to know when the next book comes out. Thanks, Amanda, for such a wonderful story.
